Hi,
I'm new to electronics. So please be gentile.

Problem:
I have a broken Boss Dr-110.
The transistor Q19 in the power suply is exploded.
It's a B647C.
This one seems very rare, I can't get it at the electronic stores in the neighbourhood.
So I though to put a replacement type in it instead of the original.

Question:
With what type of transistor can I replace the B647C with.

Here's the schematic.

Sorry for the large picture.

Hi,
The data for the 2SB647 are Uni, 120V, 1A, 0,9W, 140MHz.
In your application, the BC640 or almost any other mid-power PNP transistor will fit just fine (be careful with pinning).

Regards,
Milan
