I can get a Klangfilm console.
But it really needs a lot off work if want to restore it.
Should i do this or sell the parts (v72's) ?
How much can i ask for a normal v72 module?

 
I tought about selling the v72s and rack the equalizer for personal use.
There is also a nice Mechlabor tube console in this deal witch i wanted to mod with direct outputs.
So i got 6 tubechanels to use to record in my daw.
 
It's pretty big and i think the modules racked would work better for me.
I also have a mci jh-400 console and i can get a real nice mechlabor in this deal.
Witch needs no work at all and might be a better keeper for me.

How much could i ask for a v72?
 
No one got a clue about the v72 prices?
Just regular v72s untested.
I am trying to find out if i can get a good deal with this console and can sell some v72s for fair prices.
 
V72 tested and working perhaps $800 - $1200

V72 not tested, I have no idea but it would be worthless to me in that state.
Perhaps $400 but it's only $250 worth of parts if it's "dead"

Ok maybe i should make a small test setup then.
The console frame looks like shit but it comes with 6 klangfilm tube eqs witch i consider racking up for myself.
 
I'm not happy posting pictures i got private.
When it's mine i'd be happy to post pictures just checking out if it's worth the ivestment and time.

Eeehhh, aren't the klangfilm EQ's passive ? With that I mean that they probably use the V72's as gain make up amp. Without the gain make up amps, they have a loss of 34 dB... IIRC.

That are the ones.
If the deal goes on i am getting a sweet Mechlabor 6 channel tube console witch could work as preamps.
 
6 Klangfilm Eqs??!! Holy Sh... ! You don´t have a clue what these are worth on the used market, do you?

But I think it is real sad to butcher such a nice console only for profit  :'(

nothing for profit, the console frame looks bad.
just sell stuff to get some monney.
