If you're using the board as a rev F, then you're using the input attenuator and input transformer.  You'd wire it the same as you would any of the earlier revisions.

XLR in to the attenuator, then to the transformer PCB input and finally out of the transformer PCB to the main board input pads.

It's pretty clear if you look at mnat's schematic.  I can't remember off hand which is which between the CW and CCW lug (one is output from the ic input section and the other is ground), and then the wiper goes to the input amplifier section.

BTW, Rev G uses the input pot.
