Hi,
Did a quick google search and couldn't find much. What are some 50's consoles (Telefunken or other non-EMI brands) that use V72 preamps? Any schematics would be good to look at also, the Telefunken stuff seems fairly available.

This is all I could find, nice little article: http://www.tab-funkenwerk.com/id9.html

Siemens/Klangfilm consoles also used the Siemens version of the V72 and also the V77.

this is a rather nice example http://www.icpstudios.com/studio_frame_d2.html
Great console!  Horrible chair!

Yeah, I think Jane & Judy Jetson should be waltzing around somewhere in there.

Awesome console.

Thanks guys, found what I was looking for here: http://klangfilm.free.fr/index.php?lng=0&music=&type=0&frame=1&item=&title=&dir=&num=

LOOoooooads of Siemens/Klangfilm module schematics and manuals over there. I figure looking at those might help understanding certain other V72 consoles with passive EQ and faders. ;)

I understand most of it now, spent all day on the computer reading manuals and forum posts. You're right about them being simple though!

A block layout of a Telefunken/TAB V75 Stereo mixer would help. The Stereo summing part of it is the only thing I can't find details on.

Pan, shuffler, spreader modules? Not sure what all they offered.
