I have a client who doesn't want to pay for real mastering and wants me to try it. So my question is how do I tag the audio? Pretend I know nothing about it because i don't!

Wavelab lets you put the name of the songs etc on the CD
Well i guess mostly Itunes and CD Text.

2 totally different things.....
iTunes will let you upload metadata from a CD to the CDDB/Gracenote database so that the CD is rcognised when it's inserted in a computer.
CD text totally different beast...
