1176 Rev A Power Transformer

I'm building the Rev A 1176 and my power transformer seems to not be working.  I had it on yesterday and was checking voltages, things seemed to be normal, and then this morning I'm getting strange values.  I'm getting 112 volts AC to the primary windings, but I'm getting 0 V AC from the secondary windings, and there is continuity from the secondary to the center tap. Is there possibly something wrong with the transformer?
