REV A 1176 Orange Drop Caps

I am newbie that wants to double check how to install the Sprague "orange drop " Caps... it seems to have multiple socket points which I assume is for switching between different caps...Do i have to bridge the ones I choose?

Speaking of which,
how do you do that when making the pcb? Would a program like eagle have an option to do that? Or do you just put a big cap in when making the schematic and then somehow adjust by hand?

Probably make a custom "nested" package for the part.
