And if you'll check the thread i started about those KSM's, you'll see it was mostly successful REALLY quirky-looking circuit, "brought to its knees" by crappy ceramic caps >_< The KSM141's perfectly fine now, but the KSM27 might have a crapped-out capsule.

There don't seem to be too many widespread circuit designs, so the bigger, "library" we have available, the better (in my humble opinion) Like the Schoeps circuit (FET / 2xPNP), or the modified / buffered U87 circuit (FET / PNP / transformer), but sometimes we come across rarer "breeds", like this one seems to be, or the KSM's
