SSL's PSU 250V Problem!

Hey guys,
We got an SSL 6000E and since a week we got some problem with the 250V... instead of 250V it has 350V

just crazy!
Do you have any idea? is it transistor or some big caps are end of life?

First thing popping in my mind is TR1 or TR2 or both (IRF430) have shorted thus passing full voltage through.
