Okay, last week I had 2 EMT 140s show up at the shop that had been shipped with the magnets removed. To reattach them you need this special acrylic disk to realign the mount plate with the coil after you re-tighten the spring clips. EMT probably made one for each plate and no spares.....
Luckily my friend has an original and was willing to let me make some copies under the stipulation that I make him a spare. I made him his spare and two for me and I made 3 extra.
If these are useful to any of you the first three people can have them, just pm me a mailing address. I did have to go about a 16th larger on the center hole, but it is still a visual alignment anyhow.
