Hi guys,
I was at a seminar on mastering by Bob Katz. Cool guy, cool 4 hours!
No magical tricks at all, he was mainly wanna show us how loudness was is killing the music content. There was lots of exemples in fact of him using clip gain, multiband expansion, parallel compression, dual mono VS stereo compression, MS processing, processing by object on Sequoia (it also works on Samplitude)...
He didn't show us any setting of course it changes for each project, but wanted us to pay attention on improvements he did, which things to listen.
