What should the plate and cathode voltages be on the Royer Tube Mod MXL?

I'm getting about 35 on the Plate and 0.5V on the Cathode. Is this about right? I have a 100k and a 750ohm as specified in the schematic.

I have right around 105 VDC on the power supply.
