This is 3 x headphone amp in a single 500 series module. The plan for this was heavily inspired (read unashamedly stolen!) from Geoff004's idea which you can read about in this thread http://groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=53523.0
It took some tweaking of build out resistors to get everything working nicely for me, but work it does! And as per Geoff's comments in his thread, it sounds really good.
There's nothing much extra to note except for the Audio Maintenance 500 series prototype boards were a joy to use, and as usual Frank @ NRG's front panel work looks great.
This is probably the most complex perfboard build I have undertaken and it turned out great. For anyone not sure of their capabilities, my advice is to dive in. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll learn a lot along the way...
