Hi there,

I want to be able to start "loops" or "samples" or a whole track, by pressing the "Musical typing" editor
but without having the sample playing in "one shot" mode, meaning not having to keep my finger pressed.
I know i could just use a virtual sampler instrument in another DAW and assign the files i need to keys and choose the right option of playing them.
BUT Garageband is simpler for the kind of situations when i need to quickly react, like sending applause or a musical track at
a precise moment, and having prepared that just before a show or whatever, sometimes i'm given things were i had no info or whatsoever,
and i'm asked to do those kind of things.
If there was some ADSR control, i could have played with that, but....

Anyway thanks for any tips on a quick and easy way of launching Audio via a MAC laptop keyboard.

Thanks.

T.
