I got frustrated becouse the zillion unfinished projects I have going on.
And wanted to do something quick!
While looking at them I saw this B1 I had bought for frame to my u87,
then I remembered that I have oktava capsule and tryed it in this..
And it sounded just great, so made a new saddle for it and
I just had to do something for the externals also;
so I painted the body white with paintbrush,
sanded it with fine paper,made some stickers and then sprayed varnish on top.
I found that best way to hide that pesky behringer logo was to fill the engraving with paint using sharp toothpick
and then sanding it->paint->sanding...
Maybe I'll try modding the elecronics, but for now I'm keeping it as is.
