I got these parts (Alctron I believe) from Skylar a while back. It appears to be complete, EXCEPT for a piece that goes on top ring to attach the head assembly and screws. I was going to get a piece machined to use, but it is pretty far down the project list 
. The top chromed piece has threads on the inside of the cutout. The black body has a few surface scratches. I was planning on a light sanding and repainting. Shouldn't be too hard for a diy'er. Also has a light scuff on pop filter at the top.
I'd take $80 USD plus shipping for the lot.
