Building Microphone with TSB160a Capsule

I am using this circuit for my capsule (I have attached here below image file of it). It is working with some distorted sound and there is a huge noise in the in coming audio. Please help me with this. Other microphones with this capsule comes in market and works without noise by just plugging there 3.5mm stereo jack to mic port of pc soundcard.

In this (above link) mic  smd parts are used but those are same like the components i am using. However there are some extra components in bm700 for making them workable with phantom power by using xlr to xlr cables etc.

Also when i circuit board and capsule with metal box and attach the GND wire with this box noise become very less. But still not going. What is the purpose of metal. I am confused with it. I need your suggestion.
