rebuilding VU meters

Anyone know of a place to get a vu meter rebuilt?
I got a meter that works but has mechanical issues where regardless of level will stick at around 0VU. Obvious a rebuild is in order as I cannot get any replacement as Sifam is no longer. Any suggestions is appreciated
