71 and gone. Saw Cream in 1968 at the family dog. I went to see Clapton but when I got there I could not take my eyes off of Jack . He sang in one direction and played bass like another person . I could not believe his musical abilities. Amazing musician!

What a terrible loss. I remember recording their farewell concert form the Albert Hall in the late 60s. I put a microphone in front of the black and white TV and connected it to my Robuck RK4. I think I still have the tape somewhere.

I saw a fantastic concert at german "Rockpalast" in the 80s.It was Jack Bruce and friends,and it was an unforgetable happening.Has deeply influenced my musical understanding.
