What is the liability selling PCBs used in tube microphones or any other external AC powered microphones?

Do you mean "used" as in utilized in the build or as in not new ?

Whose liability the  DIY builder's or the designer  ?  A pcb is kind of bomb proof unless you damage it and even then you can recut  the trace for continuity ?

The most obvious benefit is the reduced risk of doing the build and not having continuity and ease of mount as opposed to point to point ?

That is not what I am asking

I think this has been discussed to death.
Drip sells PCBs as "art"

That seems a bit ridiculous.  Doesn't Drip provide documentation along with the "art" as well as specific components... what is the "intention" behind selling a printed circuit board?  Art... good luck.
