Calrec Condensor Capsule Test Set

If this is the item I remember, it will

- accurately measure capsule capacitance
- change in capacitance with polarizing voltage
- collapse voltage for the diaphragm

very quickly & conveniently.

It has a built in Electrometer that can measure polarising voltage with Gohm source.  It's a VERY HiZ Wheatstone bridge.

If you make your own capsules, you should get someone in the UK to bid for this or its mates.

That's not something you see up for sale every day. Would be interesting to take a peek inside, and/or see the schematic.
