Are there any large format 12:1 transformers for C12-like circuits?

The CT12 are different--those are single bobbing transformers and were designed to fit Chinese microphone bodies (MXL2001, and alike). The new series of transformers are dual bobbin and are not on our website, yet. They are larger and of much higher quality and specs. They wound in sections (like original BV8), have very low DCR and excellent low end overloading characteristics.

Best, M

Do you know which version of the transformer OPR tested?

Yes that right Melodeath  ;)
My build is point to point and I didn't install the transformer board that the t/14 usually sits on in order to squeeze it in. if your using one of the PCB builds options you may need to hack the board to make space.
