Hey guys,

I have one of these stereo mic preamps from the 90's and it's actually quite good.  On the board there's empty sections for input audio transformers.  Does anyone know what was supposed to go here?  Does anyone know what can fit here that's in current availability?

Thanks!
Sig

On the Behringer MIC2000 pcb´s there is NO empty space for INPUT transformers.

The empty space is for the OUTPUT transformers (OT-1) which can be found in every Behringer (active) DI-Box.

Ahhhh yes!  Sorry it was the output trafos.  It's been a few years since I had that thing open.

Anything else out there that can be wired in place instead of those OT-1's?

Which transformer do you have ?

The OT-1 is a 600 Ohm line level transformer which fits directly into the pcb.  I think every other transformer will not fit directly and has to be wired.

I don't have any transformers at this point in time lined up, but was just hoping for something cool.  I don't mind if I have to put flying leads and make it fit.  Will anything 600 ohm work here?

Thanks,
Sig
