T14/1 origin

Hi, does anyone recognize this t14/1's maker? Does it look too new to be an original?  I was planning on using it for a ela m251 build and was curious.

Without taking into account the sticker and black tape, it doesn't look like any of haufe made T14/1. Definitely not from present production (black plastic bobbin). Old one with white bobbin had thinner wires. "Umformer"? Doesn't it mean something  more like "converter"? "Überträger" is much more common in german language i think.
It looks for me (especially wire colors and thickness) like rebranded (or funny "germanized")  peluso t14/1.
