Hi Guys,

Some of the my first rack gears are ready to enclosure, thanks to the helpful members of this board.
I've found a good local supplier for 19" empty cases.
I will order the front panels from Schaeffer, but my problem is that what should I do with the unused fronts what came with the enclosure?
(Can't buy them without fronts)

You can send your material to Schaeffer for them to engrave, instead of using material they supply.  This means you're limited to the original colour of your front panel though.

If you buy the cases from Modushop.biz ( a popular supplier for people in the EU), you can specify the case without the front panel.

If I understand the question correctly, you have spare 19" front panels. The obvious (to me anyhow) answer is to stuff any hole with dummy pots and switches and use them as rack space blanks until a future DIY project comes along where you need a front panel. ???
