So I have two 3rd party power supplies for my GAP73s and wondered how many FETboy channels they could power. They're 24v, 1000ma, and for those who don't know the FetBoy has two gain blocks with two fets and 6 transistors per channel (2n5457 and BC 550c and BD135)

Also I'd like to have phantom power on these pre's. Are there pcbs I can buy that change 24v ac to +48v? Would this work? http://sound.westhost.com/project96.htm

Further, there's mention of a "harmonics" control which is "a 10k pot in series with the 470uF cap" to clarify, is this correct?

Thanks! This thread answered my question about current. According to it...80ma for each block means 160ma for each channel and around 6 channels for each of my power supplies.
