WTB: LD condenser capsule (in the U.S.) ... and a couple 1G resistors

I'd prefer a U87 style, e.g. RK-87, since I already know I like those, but if you have something else (as long as it's not u67 style like the one already in the mic) make an offer.

I don't need anything super fancy, just something that's a better match for the full-range modified Schoeps circuit in the mic.

I'm in the U.S.

I also need a couple 1G resistors if anyone has some. I know I can get them from Mouser, but I'd rather not pay $6 shipping for a couple resistors.
