OK, I am a bit stupid...  ;D
I have to replace the cable belonging to a Rode NTV microphone
I tried to get access to the contact block inside the connector, without success.
I removed the small brass screw on the side of the connector and I expected that I could remove the contact block.
But it seems I couldn't!
Tried everything, but it seems the thing is stuck inside.
Who knows how to remove the contact block, so I can solder a new cable to the pins?

I will answer my own question...
The contact block is screwed into the bottom part of the connector.
A small brass screw prevents the rotation of the contact block inside the connector.
But... some a-hole had glued the contact block inside the connector, so it was impossible to screw it out.
With a lot of force (and patience!) I was able to unscrew the two parts.
So: problem solved!  ;)
