Good places to buy components within Europe?

Hello,

Are there websites to buy electronic components from within the Netherlands / Europe?
For example, transformers, capacitors, jfets etc. I have seen them on international sites such as Cinemag, Sonicap, 3U etc, but for many the shipping costs equal or surpass the price of the component. I understand specific brands are not available here, but maybe a good "allround" source for the common parts?
