I think he wants to design a frontpanel with Front Panel Designer and is searching for a ready made scale for the Lorlin switches, with 30 degrees increments. (Dots or stripes.)

If he wants a dot scale in front panel designer then it it is pretty easy to do in front panel designer. Schaeffer have some excellent helps files on their web site.
