It's from Trident 8T, now called Oram 8T
There's no visible logo or any sign of the potentiometer manufacturer...

Not a "off-the-shelf" type. You'll need to get it from the original console manufacturer or their authorized repair people..

Looks like an ALPS type. They are not common, but if you search around you might find some. Pity they aren't 10K, as I see them at Rockby in Australia for about $6 each. The code for the 10K is RK14K124-10KA, so use that to work out the code for the 100K and see if you can find something.
