Can anyone recommend a 1:1 line output transformer that fits on a 500-series module without interfering with the module in the adjacent slot?

without interfering
is void, not possible. It will always be a matter of degree, not either/or.

But there are some pretty well shielded ones from Lundahl - the ones Thomas suggests, and my favorite LL5402 too..

time to review specs.

Or I could punt and do a THAT driver.

Hey Andy

Try the Jensen JT-123SLPC.  Same transformer as the
Sphere 7393PC output transformer.

Cut 4 tits off the Bottom with an X-acto knife
And these guys will work perfectly in 500 series.
(See Attachment)

I have used these a lot on my Sphere Preamp Projects.

Best

What about the smaller Jensen ones like JE-123-SLPC? If you mount it upside down in a square hole, the top of the pins are only about 1 inch above the PCB. Then adjust with washers on the mounting screws if necessary.

Hammond no longer lists the 560-z shield in their current catalog.
the 560g performs respectably when driven from zero source.
