Hi!
Today I finished my G9

Chassis is aluminium powder coated and front panel engraved.
I have sligltly lower H.T. voltage: about 237VDC.
Work nice, without hum. I check mike and bass and sounds great.

Yes the 12V regulator gets plenty hot. That's why Jakob recommends to bold them to the chassis (don't forget isolation).
The others are fine with normal heatsinks.

Duka very nice work :thumb: :guinness:

Nice job!

I LOVE my G9....have used it profusely for a year now....it absolutely kills on bass. It is by FAR my 'go-to' pre for bass guitar....though I've also used it on acoustic and vocals with good results.

Big thanks to Jakob who designed this preamp:grin:
-I used 12V heatsink from PC power suply.
-On input is Lundahl LL1528 (thanks Viitalahde) on out are OEP.
-Sounds very nice. Tube is tube
Thanks to all who help me :thumb:
