Pilot Light Replacement - What is correct?

I'm restoring a Voice of Music model 1428 integrated amp. The original "grain of wheat" pilot lamp that runs off the center tap of the 6.3 volt filament transformer is dead. What is the correct replacement (Sams below doesn't list it)? I can only find 5 volt and 3 volt lamps. I'm thinking 5 volts will be dim and 3 volts will burn out too quickly? Any recommendation?

You can always add a series resistor to a 3v lamp. Just like the stock one was...

I suspect either one would work.

3v is closer to 1/2 of a 6.3v winding.
