SPL Frontliner - missing 48V phantom power.

Hi folks - Happy New Year to you all!

I have an SPL Frontliner here, that had multiple pot failures, which I replaced, but annoyingly on final test before release, I've just discovered that it has no 48V phantom power. Looking for any schematic sections to help diagnosis, if posible, or if anyone has experienced this issue. I've already trawled the 'net, and forums galore, and the schematic section here - but no joy.

If anyone can help me clear this from the bench, I'd appreciate it!
