My pre-amp passes audio but only when the potentiometer is close to or at max.
After inspecting the unit, I notice what looks like charring on the negative end of
the two larger (2200 uf 50V) capacitors. See photo
I am having a difficult time finding this specific cap: 2200 uf 50 V Ace Japan manufacturer.
Does anyone know where I can find these or know what I can use as a substitute?
Mouser Tech Support recommended CDE / Illinois Capacitor:

Will the CDE cap work? I prefer to swap with the same manufacturer
but will be open to others if someone can confirm that it will work.
