VP28 Transformer Wiring

Hi. I just purchased a used VP28 and noticed some inconsistencies. Looks like the color code on the PCB doesn’t match the two transformers wire colors. Is this an issue?

Does it work? Likely it's just an alternative transformer and on the build it said to wire it that. I haven't built that one in awhile, but maybe the Litz has different color coding than the regular transformer.
