Title: Identifying vintage transistors Please help
Post by: Vicovibe on January 08, 2009, 07:13:07 PM
I have been trying to determine what transistor is in a unit I offer. The original unit was made in the late 60's and early 70's. This is a simple volt circuit and has a NPN transistor marked MSPS3353 and a PNP marked MSPS334. The NPN transistor has three lines on the back, green-silver and blue.

These sound so good and I am trying to find modern equivalents. The original transistors were Motorola I am told. If anyone has any clues, I would be very grateful for any leads.
