Title: Curve Tracer Software for Keithley SMU just released
Post by: home_listening on December 30, 2019, 10:05:08 AM
Noticed this in a promo email Tektronix sent out, looks interesting. I've got access to  one of these SMU's on occasion so I'll try to report some direct experiences with it.

Much cheaper to build your own

I have one which works well, but haven't done the 400v 1A upgrade.   Ron who sells them provides excellent support when you are building it.  Recommended.

If you need to curve trace transistors then the Peak Instruments Transistor analyzer DCA 75 hooked up to a pc works well

We have both the DCA75 for transistors and the uTracer.

Both are excellent and inexpensive.
