v72/neuman TLM193 vs. 9098eq/akg 414 TLII and the g9

went through some of my old recordings
and fell in love again with the vocal sound
of the siemens v72/neumann tlm193 combo
I worked with at a studio way back about 10 years ago..

now I have my own little studio
with a amek9098/akg 414TLII

and have to admit I like the siemens/neumann sound more

I already built me a GSSL, G1176..now I am
thinking about building the G9 mic pre..
will this get me closer to the
v72/neumann sound in combination with my akg TLII?
