Hi -

If you've built the Gyraf SSL compressor clone, perhaps you have some advice...

How did you guys deal with the +/- 12V requirement for the sidechain and control circuitry with a +/- 15V supply?

Did you build a new regulator circuit? If so, what transformer is a good choice? (I'm in New York, so we're 110 AC).

Thanks -

Chris

As far as I can see, there are no 12V regs... I'm not looking just now, but I don't remember there being any on the PCB - only the 15V.

Perhaps a gentile prod in the right direction... It was a long week...

..yep, as Jaakko points out, everything is there on the board. You just have to find a transformer that will give you 2x15VAC at some 200mA, and you should be flying..
