dbx rms 208 module for 160VU

I have a rms module that needs repairing. Going on what Joe says in the post further up this thread. I am going try replacing the op amps tomorrow. Can I sub something else in that I have here apart from an LM301 ? 5534 or TL071 ??

I sorted this out it was one of the op amps. I swapped both out for 5534's so they were the same & it seems to be working fine.

I am trying to shotgun a couple of these bad RMS cards, but I cannot track down any CA3083 chips anywhere and I dont trust the ebay ones. Equivalents dont seem to be very obvious either, does anyone have any recommendations to source these?

Interestingly enough, I unpotted one of them and it looks nothing like my other ones, or the examples provided here. Anyone have insight into what this is? I am guessing it was a different model someone repurposed?
