Recently I came across some solder pastes in my local e-store & I just thought maybe they could make soldering job easier & quicker, but are they generally ok for audio purposes? Any experience ?

thanks
Sometimes I use the stuff to tin wire leads, but the best use so far has been to tin the PCB traces.

I wipe the etched & cleaned PCB with the paste and then tin all the leads with iron & solder. Solder flows real easily. Remove excess solder with solder wick, use a little heat gun to make the solder in the traces even (all depends on how well you tinned in the first place!) and then remove the remaining flux and other crap with alcohol - or whatever you use.
thanks for your tip jaako..
I was actually thinking to use solder paste like the one in the picture, just aply a drop to each hole then melt them with heat gun or normal soldering iron. Would that be that easy ?
