suggestions on this cnc machine. possible group buy?

this just came up but might have a steal of a deal on a cnc machine... This is not an evilbay auction

Price looks cheap but doesn't really say how much? I am guessing it would be 2400 + 1100+ 1350 which comes out to under 5 K(us)

A 40,000 machine, in LIKE NEW condition for 5k???

yeah too good to be true. didn't call the guy but yeah looks like he is asking 5K for it. unfortunately it's located up in northern califormia and would be a pain to haul away. any frisco diyers looking for a cnc machine
