I bought some d&r preamps a week ago. Last weekend a friend of mine borrowed two of them and one "stopped working"
When I opened it up i saw a fuse was blown. I measured the power transformer. One of the primaries has a dc resistance of 8 ohms and the other one 18 ohms .. Is this normal or has it shorted out?
