Hello everyone,

I'm putting together a few mic-to-pre attenuators.
I'm using the little calculator here:
http://beradio.com/notebook/passive_attenuators/

input impedance 1200 Ohms
output impedance 200 Ohms
attenuation 20 dB

I've got the 1% resistors, some perfboard, some XLRs and wire... I'm wondering if anyone out there has some good ideas on how to house or wire them up. Ive gone to home depot to find some plumbing tubing to put between the XLRs... but nothing fits...

Any ideas?

Neutrik as well. you don't need to use perfboard, just solder the lot together and stick into those housings. if you can't find any just use a female and male XLR plug with a short cable in between. put the components in the male plug

Ah,
Thanks for the heads up guys... Switchcraft has the S3FM. I'm going to see what neutrik has too.

at markertek the S3FM is $12, the Neutrik NA3FM is $7.35... at markertek..
