I know there is a group buy going on for 1176 switches but I got the new CPC Farnell Catalogue through the post yesterday

Have a look at this...
4-POLE DPDT ALTERNATE (with interlocking bar)
£1.52

http://cpc.farnell.com/jsp/endecaSearch/searchPage2.jsp?Ntt=devlin+interlocking&Nty=1&N=411&Ntk=gensearch

There is a 6 pole one as well (as well as a 4 POLE momentary)

Here is the Devlin page about it
http://www.devlincomponents.co.uk/index_switch_nonill.html
These are the pictures in the CPC Catalogue
Here is the datasheet
http://www.devlincomponents.co.uk/datasheets/PV.pdf

I think the distance between the switches is 10mm (which may be too short)
The CPC farnell number doesn't seem to tally with the part number breakdowns ont he manufacturers site

Thats what I couldn't figure out
CPC state the part no to be
PV0001049

So parameter L1 is 00 - which doesn;t exist on the datasheet
I think they meant 1o - so that would make it a 10mm spacing

It's only one switch in the bank. The distance is then zero.

what about: PV 15 4 000 ?
PV - 15 - 4 - 000
series - distance 15mm - number of switches - serial number

The distance between the switches at the ones i have is ca. 15mm

And the rectangular knob shown in the datasheet is 9,7mm x 5mm
the knobs i have are: 14,5mm x 7,33mm

So we have to be careful with the dimensions.

I bought some of the devlin switches:

and they're called SUB-MINIATURE PUSHBUTTON SWITCHES just like in the data from your link. So you have to get the knobs from devlin also. The ITT ones don't fit on my sub-mini switches.

Here is a instruction how to make interlocking switches:
http://www.nrgrecording.de/tempfolder/devlin_mounting_instr.pdf

But I think Geoff Tanner said something about devlin... and the neve switches are looking similar to the neve ones (to me).
Does anyone know a source for the white switch caps? Otherwise I have to paint them

Frank.

I have a bunch of latching 3 and 4 bank switches from neve routers that look just like those if anyone can use them.
