I thought we could make a big thread. Its easyer to find..

I got this problem with voltage in my g9.

I have replaced the to caps cause I had some hum with only 100u. Thought it could be that so I put some 220U caps and 4 0.6W 400ohm paralled over the + on the caps. But the hum was still there and louder.

This are the voltage Iam been reading.... :shock: :shock:

You have the resistors paralleled like what? The hum shouldn't get any louder.

Is your filtering done like this:

--->rect. AC--->220uF to gnd--->resistors---->220uF to gnd----->DC out

:?:

No... Bummer. The resistor was placed direct over the to + connetores on the caps. I removed it.. Hmmm... Now I am reading 300V on C14 and 241V on C15... And there is still humm... :shock:
