hehe, remember these little beauties?

I havent had mine on in 3 years. Been trying to get something resonable out of POD's and other modellers.

Anyway, got it out tonight, plugged into a G9, G9 just tickling the GSSL with slow attack and auto release. Then, straight into the comp and run through Amplitude for some cabinet sim. Some mild EQ on top and bottom as well.

I tell you, it actually sounds pretty farkin good! Very surprised. WAAAAAY better than any modeller, which in itself isnt that great of a surprise.

These are very easy to Mod and there is alot of info around detailing that. I think Im going to get into that,

this looks like it could actually be a solution for recording where not being able to crank/mic a actual cab.

Anyone else tried a MP1 in a similar configuration? Dont laugh till ya tried it, really does sound very good.
