I am seeking suggestions for a power cable and connectors for an external power supply feeding my phono pre. I'll be running 6.3VDC heaters at ~1.5A, 6.3VDC floating heaters for a CF at 600mA, and 250VDC B+ at ~20mA. I plan on having the cable be about 2ft long. The final RC filter stages will be in the preamp. I will need at least 4 connectors and shield, since the CF will have it's own floating supply (+250V, +6.3V, +6.3V for CF, gnd for CF). What about ground for the other two supplies, should I use the shield or not?

Any guidance on favorite connectors and cable, design considerations, etc would be appreciated. The power supply will be for this preamp:
